digastric muscle stretching

for those who have a little muscle under their chin showing too much, the so called digastric muscle, this is maybe caused by a underdeveloped mandible, but there is hope, ive noticed a small difference in it showing after doing the following:

jut your jaw forward as far as it will go, then look as far upwards as you can, until you feel pain under the mandible, hold this for a extended period, maybe minutes several times a day, i believe this maybe stretches the muscles, causing then to be less bundled up. i also bonesmash around the muscle and massage the muscle but i dont know if this has any effect

hope this helps you! mine has gotten less bundled up, but im biased, id like to see more people try
