In a gta speaking sense wouldn’t a front camera be better

Surely the back camera would throw a person off regardless if you show her it’s just a blank screen, the doubt will be there.

I’m thinking (this is the cinephile speaking) let’s say your on the bed and there is a table tv infront of you whatever, you just setup a charging station and make sure that the phone is sideways so you get more vision (frontal view).

Before you start the deed just charge your phone and viola.
