what is more fast? i think is dnp 800mg is very fast fat loss one guy lose 27lb in 11 days with 600mg

water fasting is healthy and quick

dnp is insanely unhealthy and quick

What do you look like?

If you're skinny fat, you should do a recomp instead by maintaining your weight while building muscle by getting stronger.

If you're fat, you should cut at a 20-25% caloric deficit of your TDEE.

Man just lift weights in a caloric deficit, otherwise you'll lose more muscle than fat. After water fasting many people literally end up with higher BF %

800 MG NIGGA?! YOU FINNA DIE
try like 100-200 mg and eat in the largest caloric deficit possible if you're mega fat, try something like 100 grams of protein from egg whites or whey, and some multivitamins. this is crash dieting however, so you can't do this for longer than a month or so
