Basically it means NEETs avoid stress aswell as drug alcohol and sun exposure.
I wonder if this theory holds any true.

But they still don't stress their bodies even if they don't have much sleep, they probably mostly sit on couch browsing .org and do experiments on tinder, they are still resting.
Lots of sleep is needed if you got tired from work.
