Bcoz they keep their business low key and many times don't let me in their house, so they don't get exposed and don't like to talk much about what they do
They mostly hang out with their own people and don't let other know about their presence
Very difficult to get in touch with them

They don't sell it to local people, it's like ratchet, where they deliver it to some underground people who further sell it someone
It's their own thing
