It depends on what you mean by fat.

if you think 20-25% body fat is Fat tier, there’s some chads at that Bf level who slay

if by fat you mean 30+% Bf, no. There’s not a fat chad in existence. It’s not uncommon to see fat men become chad or Tyrone after weight loss though.

Ideal chad body fat after 30 is 17-20 with good muscle mass. It's not possible for anyone to look model tier bodyfat at that time. Low bf is ideal only when you're below 27 and still young enough to pull prettyboy look
