Do I look NT? Do I look trustworthy?

All of my IRL movements and emotional expressions (lack thereof) are autistically influenced, and I've been asked if I was "on the spectrum" or been told by my friends someone asked them if I was autistic. Do I look autistic, or is it just my demeanor?
Me after 40 hours no sleep (still going), BTW.
