i have some , yes they do. its weird . I think its because the tattoo takes the eye away from over analyzing the neck like an illusion of some sort.

only get something on ur neck if u got a good amount of tattoos before, never start with neck looks dumb

ye i wouldn't anyway but I've noticed neck tatts make it look thicker

I think they also let your jaw look more defined because of the contrast between black and your skin colour. Kind of the same like if you would wear a turtle neck
