Do y’all sweat a lot when you workout?
I don’t really sweat that much idk why am I doing something wrong ?

I sweat when I workout due to my shitty gym broken AC

You’ll only sweat if you do cardio, sweating whilst you lift weights is kinda rare to me, barely happens, since it’s not HIIT or anything

Same for me when it’s hot I will sweat but when it’s normal nah maybe a little bit I thought I’m not training hard enough lol
