Please explain us your take.

I'm sometimes quite reluctant at the idea of a ruthless God punishing his own creation to the eternal flames. But on the other, I just can't believe that everything in this life came from nowhere and that there isn't anything on the afterlife (especially to those who committed the worst on Earth).

the reality is that something can come into existence from nothing due to the nature of quantum physics

Yeah I believe in God, I'm a Shia Muslim.

For your first point, I would argue that there are people who would continue to commit evil for eternity even if they were given many second chances, so for me that justifies eternal punishment since, even if they were given multiple chances, they would continue to sin for eternity, therefore an eternal punishment is moral.

It did and there isn't.
