The most obvious thing for immigration is that the west's birthrate is below the theoretical limit of 2.1, so our societies will not continue without either disturbing the population by putting in measures to make sure they are having children or importing immigrants. If you are siphoning talent from other countries it will probably also benefit your country, however if you're just getting a bunch of low IQ immigrants that does not want to integrate and doesn't share cultural or personal values with your country it's probably gonna end up being a disaster.

I'm against too much immigration from the Middle East, as the people who came from these countries didn't assimilate well into German society.

But I have nothing against immigration from other European countries or from countries where immigrants assimilate well (East Asia, India, some countries in Latin America and Africa). There should be a limit though, because having many millions too fast will result in a backlash.

No, particularly permanent immigration. This causes brain drain and if you go into a ethnically different population you may be causing a future crisis you won't live to see.

The only way that would work is if the native population ensures that they ALWAYS outnumber the immigrants so that they don't gain any major control of the country over time, if you allow it to happen then you are fucking delusion and deserve to not live the next day.

I agree with this. I support immigration if the immigrants assimilate into the society well and contribute. It also depends on the country though. European countries were always homogenous throughout their histories so mass immigration wouldn't work too well because there's too much of a cultural divide. In this case, immigration should be more controlled. But for America, I definitely support immigration as America was always a multiculturalist country throughout it's short history. All races in America, especially second and third gens are kind of adapted to one similar culture, also America is still a relatively new country.
