It does make sense. He trademarked IMDO and made it so everyone had to be accredited by him, instead of doing it as OPEN SCIENCE like every other maxfac has done in history. There’s a reason so few doctors offer IMDO and it’s because Coceancig wanted to make $ off of the accreditation. Saying “this makes no sense” when a doctor trademarked a procedure? JFL you’re the biggest Coceancig shill I have to wonder why. He was banned from JawSurgeryForums for shilling his procedures there.

He's entitled to trademark his procedure and impose what ever requirements he wants to others who agree to his terms in exchange for calling what they do; 'IMDO'. But imagine if someone trademarked the term; 'BSSO'. Thankfully, 'BSSO' is not trademarked. What would be a good GENERIC term for a procedure that does the same thing as IMDO that a variety of doctors could do without using the trademark name? The issue is that IMDO is a good descriptor for what is happening. As such, Coceancig’s trademark and accreditation system is probably the reason so few doctors do IMDO. He is intentionally murky about everything.

I have never trashed IMDO, I’ve actually praised it. I have criticised how Paul has not done it via an open science protocol so that other surgeons can do it too. It’s all about money for him.

No, Paul wasn’t “trying to do his job” when it involves one of the highest prices for jaw surgery ($90,000) in the entire world. Every other user agreed with me.

Unlike you, I have actually posted photos here and received a lot of compliments for my looks. You refer to me as BDD (which means incorrect perception of appearance) and then you try and say Coceancig is correct about this perception? That wouldn’t be BDD then. So which is it?
