Does anyone know how to design 3d printed model of mouth widening device?

Mouth widening works and it hasnt given me folds. The thing is there is no mouth widening appliance on the market I can buy and I use a facial flex copy I modded to make the width of it 8.5cm

Im thinking of making a 3d printed model that looks something similar to this: heres the link for the product product btw

Then anyone who wants to widen their mouth can just go print the appliance in their local 3d printing service store

with increments starting from 9cm then 10cm and 11cm mesured from here:

I can give any measurements needed. I just dont know how to make it. Lifefuel if someone can or know a person that can do this
