kinda, when you are quite fat the fat hides your jawline and makes your face have no shape or definition. Dimorphism is the idea of having defining features so my theory is that fat makes you less dimorphic. I think your point about femininity and body fat is crucial too.females usually have higher bf% than men, so having a little bit of fat in your face is rather femine while having practically no fat in your face is rather masculine. is that what you mean?
