Yes. To promote hair growth you essentially need vitamins like a, b, c, e, and minerals like zinc and iron
but there's much more efficient ways to get it, and to get a daily dosage you'd have to "do it" (gross) multiple times a day, everyday. doesn't seem all too great seeing as how it might come with negative effects on health alongside it. all that just to taste fish, kind of sucks
