Can i use tret?

I read accutane has growth side effects and here its not avaible in cream form but only oral roccutane.

Use a cheaper retinol like granactive retinoid or retinol 1% in squalane (The Ordinary, costs only 8 bucks).

That removed every single spot of acne on my body within 3 months.

Yeah tret is super easy to produce, its just a isomer of retinol jfl, nothing complex about it
