The reason why infraoribitals implants exist is not due the lower lid is not tight and not due to bag under the eyes.

Most people dont have projected bone in that region, and thats the crucial thing about how the entire support and eye area looks in motion.

There is vertical component to good implants in the infraorbital region like Eppley and yaremchuk do. These have the result like a more subtle but not uncanny eyelid retraction surgery from Taban. Most people with bad eyes have bad infraorbitals and the ones that Taban and others put in only solve the issue of forward projection which doesn’t change much from the front profile. Vertical implants raise the lower rim and make your eyes slightly squintier. It looks completely natural if you don’t do a terrible design with massive dimensions and don’t already have squinty eyes

tear trough implants (another name for what Taban does) don’t do much on their own but they are part of a solution for bad under eyes. A good vertical component can make it so you don’t even need a retraction surgery but then you still need a lower eyelid incision. Trade off I guess

are you talking about saddle orbital rim implants? and are you sure yaremchuk does this because from what I research this is just an Eppley thing

I live in massachusetts’s so I’d prefer to get rim implants from yaremchuk since he’s an hour away

also I will post before and after if I get the surgery so help me out I am a good guinea pig for this as I have droopy eyes due to recessed orbitals
