a muffin can contain 30grams of sugar, and ive been eating one a day consistently and then asking myself why can't I sit still and relax, same with cooking with too much salt
 
It's very hard to not exceed that limit because salt and sugar are in nearly every food added and even healthy food like olives often have more than 3g salt per 100g

Yes try and average the salt around 2.5g and no more than 3g daily.

Don’t go over 20 grams of sugar but it has to come from fruits only

I'm pretty sure fruit, veg sugars dont count but bread does for sugar.

I can't find anything lower than 24grams for your maximum sugar intake.

Salt is 2.3 grams

Sodium is also a looks minimizer, especially when you drink fluid afterwards. It accumulates in your face and body, making you look like a bloated shit.
