there's no reason to go bald in 2022. fin + hair transplant = cure to hair loss.

fin will for the most part halt the progression of hair loss in the vast majority of cases and it doesn't usually cause any side-effects because DHT is a paracrine hormone that only affects tissues in which it is produced (hair follicles, prostate, genitals during maturation). hair transplants can create a realistic hairline and density given you get enough grafts (aka you intervene early enough and have an intact donor area).
