I'm considering getting like 800-1000 greft for my diffuse thinning top. I don't want to lower my hairline, i'm nw1 from the childhood, all my family are.

So after getting it i want to use fin like once in a week (my older friend do that and still got decent hair at the age of 37).

Is it clever to have it ?

Depends on how old you are.

One thing you have to consider is that your natural follicles around the transplanted area are likely to get damaged during the procedure so you might end up thinning in the area surrounding the transplant.

look for prp or stemcel injections maybe instead of graft transfer for your thinned hair maybe
I'm not balding at all and the men in my family didn't start balding until after 40. I have a 3.5 inch hairline and want to lower it.

some docs says it's only happening without fin, min.
with drugs it's not likely to happen but there is a small chance of course.

sure but if you start balding it will look horrible cuz the front isnt gonna fall

I'll start taking fin once I start balding. The hairline is usually the hardest to fraud. I can always wear a hair system behind it like @Gaia262 .

I'd rather just get it over with. I've tried lots of hairstyles and they all looked shitty. Having slavic hair texture and density doesn't help either.

I'm 22. Is it worth it for me?
Hard to say. I was not balding at 22 it started at 23 for me actually. I would suggest to wait or go for a consultation with a hair transplant specialist who will examine your hair first.

chico has slavic hair and big forehead but he managed to still model, he hides it very well

If Chico has a big forehead then I have a truecel one. Chico has a low hairline. He just has thin hair which makes it look worse due to low density:

I have one scheduled for next week. We'll see what he has to say but I definitely need to lower it. It's 3.5 inches and way longer than my other thirds.

he just has access to the best hairstylists which can cover up his hairline, he never has slick back hairstyle, only once and his forehead was exposed

Everyone's hairline looks worse when it's slicked back if they have low hair density since it starts filling out later than people with high density. Look at this guy:

What matters is how it looks with normal hairstyles:

Then go for it, but make sure you choose a skilled surgeon otherwise your natural hair follicles might be affected if the surgeon fucks it up.

Good age for a transplant. Not sure the severity of your diffuse, but 800 grafts isn't a lot at all and probably won't achieve the density you desire.
