He doesn't even utilize fat removal for upper blepharoplasty, he says he only removes skin NOT fat. That's insane for correcting asymmetry when just skin removal isn't going to fully correct the issue

Even when I pointed out obvious symmetry issues he said I should just accept it like WTF
