Dream about my ex

Woke up in a cold sweat at 3:30 am from a dream that my ex was trying to get me to leave my gf

My gf is kinda controlling and suffocating. She's really insecure because a ton of girls used to flirt with me (and still occasionally do) and even two of her own friends had crushes one me and tried to fw our relationship so they could "have me." She's lowkey obsessed with me. My ex was the complete opposite, avoidant attachment which sucked at the time but now I miss. Could have as much space as I wanted, she wasn't clingy or annoying, didn't expect constant attention. I'm such a retard for breaking up with her over that. FML

Saw her at a football game recently and she was with a 5'7" LTN manlet who obviously was high inhib or low T because he acted intimidated/shy around me, so no competition on that front. In fact, he looked just like the guy I stole her from. Ex was staring daggers at my gf and whispering to her other friend. Do you think she's jealous or still has feelings? What should I do? Been 3 years btw

She's a MTB I am LMTN according to people on this forum

She was dating another LTN when I first met her but I got her to break up with him and then we dated for a few months before I broke up with her, and then at the beginning of my current relationship she lowkey flirted with me and tried to get her to break up with me with a rumor
