nah will get bimax and genio plus buccal fat removal maybe but idk heard mixed opinions about buccal fat but, im already low body fat shredded 6 pack vascular and i have inward gonions so i will never achieve hollow cheeks

i have decent forward growth, when i suck my cheeks in i get it kinda, with lighting it shows a lot. can bucca fat removal help??
