Eating 3400 calories a day sucks shit

Started HGH about three months ago and I have been gymcelling. Grew from 5'8" 115 --->5'9" 132. I basically was Eating around 3000 calories this whole time. Bulk has been extremely lean because of the GH, I still have visible abs an spiderweb forearms. But I was thinking, I shouldn't be lean because I could be selling myself short of more height and frame growth from the juice. So yesterday I attempted to eat 3400 calories and I'm going to try again today but I might just rope and re-roll. I was already shitting 3 times and eating 4 meals a day now it's gonna be like shitting 4 times and 5 meals a day.


Fucking kill me. My looksmatch can get Chad no effort needed. But I have to spend thousands on illegal drugs and shove 40 dollars worth of food down my throat to be worthy of love from a 2/10 landwhale. Why couldn't I just be born Chad. :feelswah::feelswah:

I can eat 5000 calories/day with legit 0 issues. When I binge eat I go over 10k kcal, but do feel mild discomfort.

Bloatcel life tbh.

its normal to struggle eating a lot if you are not a big eater

do all you can, over time you will be able to eat more

shitting many times per day is the life of the perma-bulker :lul:

200lbs 6'0. Nothing spectacular.

I used to do competitive sports and knew a few guys that could hardly gain any weight. While for me it was always hard to lose weight, and extremely easily to gain it.

Diff people, diff bodies.

Idk. I think my subconscious mind just doesn't want my VAINS to go away. I vainmog every permabulker. Still a skinnycel though. I have to choose between bloatcel skinnycel or roidcel.:feelswhy:

And feeling disgusted as shit.

Brutals, to go from a 2 meal per day skinny fag person, towards trying to "bulk" with 28oo calloraies and needing 4+ easting sessions.

Also try to eat high calories with low PUFA
 
And personally i eat a lot of cals easy. On Ray Peat diet that shit is fun
 
I do a 14 hour fast and 1 hour of swimming before any eating and i just ate 2k calories in a single meal, 150gr beef, 250gr blueberries, 600gr of octopus, 50gr cashews and 440gr brown rice, also started mk667 yesterday night, but i was eating around 1k5 per meal anyways.
You get used to it.
 
I struggle with eating too. I eat 4000 kcal a day and when I first started was eating all day and still managed to not eat all my meals. Since then I adapted and tweaked my meals so they're either liquid or really soft so I can just swallow it without chewing at all. The only solid food I actually chew is chicken and pasta.
 
I can easily eat like 6000 calories a day tbh. For breakfast I would have 6 fried or scrambled eggs and a big roll with ham and cheese and vegetables for example lmao

Nah I'm 6'4 and 210 pounds. You could add in MK677 just for the appetite benefit, not sure how that would interact with the HGH tho
 
try adding shakes with blender

1 liter fat milk is already 600 cals
protein scoop 100 cals
2-3 weetabix dont remember how many cals, or 300 cals adding 50grams of nuts/almonds

easy 1k calories


and force feed a little every time

I'm 6'7" 225 lbs and eating 4000 calories a day during my bulk is hell on earth. I normally eat like 2000 calories a day.

My parents forcefed me all my youth, i got trained to keep on eating despite being 'full' basically.

2000kcal is what im doing rn to lose weight. And i feel noticeably hungry a lot of the day jfl

Whole milk is a much healthier and better option. Higher in protein. As long as you can tolerate it it's a good option for hardgainers.

When I was in my college dirty bulking days in 2018 my diet consisted mainly of Chick-Fil-A, Mountain Dew and Cheetos with a plethora of other junk. It was hell on earth. Let me show you what a full day of eating was one day:

Meal 1:

-3 Chick fil a chicken sandwiches
-2 Chocolate bars
-20 oz Mountain Dew Voltage

Meal 2:

-An entire bag of frozen steak
-Bag of cheetos
-20 oz Mountain Dew Code Red

Meal 3:

-3 Taco Bell nacho grillers
-Chips
-20 oz Mountain Dew Baja blast
 
Milkshakes make things easy OP

-2 brazil nuts (all the selenium you need for a day)
-3 or 4 macadamia nuts (balances the flavor so it's not too sweet)
-1 cup rolled oats
-1 banana
-1 scoop protein powder
-1 tablespoon coconut oil
-2 cups of milk

That's around 900 calories, cheap, and tastes decent.

Eating for me is a chore

it’s only good when:

-you are very hungry after exercise
-you eat shitty af food

eating plain food, when you are not really hungry is a drag

I naturally eat very little and then binge one meal
