Very simple really
phedrine(75-150mg i am gonna do 30mg) + caffeine (150mg) gonna look at types of coffee + aspirin (330mg) gonna need to buy some
Side note
With the pills i found for Ephedrine supposedly 30mg
For caffeine the pills are 200mg for 1 so i will cut in half for tab for 100mg caffeine
For aspirin (Each Film-Coated Tablet contains: Aspirin, 300mg, Paracetamol 200mg and Caffeine 45mg)
My myself that is what i am going to do
The study pretty much curbs hunger for fat cunts or people who eat a bit too much. 1 person in the study decided to calorie restrict which let him to lose over 60kg in 13 months
