Main formulation:
1500mg magnesium malate
1500mg sodium chloride or himalayan salt
750mg potassium citrate
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of collagen
1 glass of non tap water
For the sleep variant, increase magnesium by 1g and decrease sodium by 1g, don't put honey in
