Yes genetic balding exists but you could actually be furthering increasing the intensity of rate of your balding prematurely by doing weight training as well. I just realized this and I am never going to do weights again tbh. I'm just going to do cardio and crunches from here on out, I literally dgaf about being skinny anyway, as long as it means I get to keep my head full of hair for as long as I can. I just also fucking realized why my hair loss went into fucking overdrive after I joined the military and it was the constant stress and excersise from BMT and tech school, which was something that my body had never experienced before. From now on I'm going to just be skinny while having defined abs and calves if it means I get to keep my hair for longer . Besides girls nowadays have a niche for skinny prettyboys with heads full of hair (yes I know I'm not a prettyboy, but that's what the surgeries are for ).
