Your eyes don't look great but I didn't touch them in the morph and you still look significantly better. Your nose, chin and what looks like a slightly weak maxilla hurt you more.

I think fat grafting can. NCT isn't ideal but can be mitigated somewhat by positively tilted eyebrows. Receding orbitals are never good but Gandy manages just fine with them. Never a death sentence.

I can tell you have a weak maxilla because the upper lip should protrude beyond the lower lip. Yours does not.

Surgery is really not my area but if I had to comment, rhino and genio would be a start. Perhaps a lip lift would make the upper lip protrude more but I'm not sure. Make a thread on that imo, there's knowledegable people around here insofar as surgery is concerned.
