eyes extremly sensitive in sunlight

i like my eye area but at some lights its like impossible to look straight ahead and i need to look down like a beta and have the facial expression like im taking a shit right now (pulling like every singlw face muscle while giga squinting). im wearing sun glasses alot but i dont want to hide my eye area all the time cuz i think its one of my more attractive features. blue eyes btw. anyone has similar problem or found a fix? is it a disease or is there nothing to fix
