Hello everyone. I have facial asymmetry that bothers me so much. If you are good at analyzing RTG photos could you tell me what’s wrong with my bones and how can i improve it?(which surgery etc.) Thanks:)

To add: sorry if the quality of this scan is bad, but its the only photo i have right now. I lost the original scan on my PC
