Go on reddit subs related to dating etc and you’d always see guys with facial hair complaining about not getting anything , it’s never pretty boys (inb4 someone posts a very ugly guy without facial hair)

yeah I said some guys can look good with facial hair, in fact I'd say some guys look gay without it even...

but me personally, I look best clean shaven or stubble of 1-2 days, plus I have long hair so if I grow out my beard I'll look like a taliban member, my beard color is also dark brown with light brown speckled in so it looks bad with my skin + hair color

it's not just about looks either, it's about general perception, without a beard you look younger = less responsibility/flack at work, more appeal to younger girls etc. I missed out on my youth so I'm living it in my 20s and in order to do so I need to remain looking as young as possible

if I grow a beard, it's over basically, 3 days of not shaving = I look dirty (because of the light facial hair problem)
