At least russians had some sort of uniforms, unlike us Finns in ww2, who came mostly with just their own clothes lmao. We didn't even have enough rifles for every soldier at the start of Winter war.

Excuse me? Winter War was a defensive victory. Soviet objective to conquer Finland failed. In continuation war we mogged you hard too, we only started losing territory, when Germans had lost war in the east.

Finns had to make their own winter gear from bedsheets & stuff like that, but soviet army relied on using the roads, so Finns could just block the road, and do guerrilla attacks with skis or just wait until soviets started to get hungry, and then shoot everyone who tried to lit a fire. They froze and starved to death, some soviets even ate each other, because badboy finns didn't let them eat.
