Yep. I lucked out on facial genetics, unfortunately. I always thought only jaw angle implants or wrap-arounds could achieve this result, didn't expect it from a double-jaw surgery.

he did 11mm but her maxilla was already kind of protrusive in the philtrum area compared to lower

I looked again at pics and i was wrong bimax was the solution but this is overdone to give her 11mm lf1

7mm would of been enought with a 15mm lower jaw and the genio is overdone cuz it's too masculine
