theoretically you can buy a "Facebow" but it pulls your face horizontally so it's not optimal.

I think facepulling should not be called coping.
Orthodontists already use extra-oral forces to increase maxillary forward growth: check this video: Facepuller video

since Facepulling does not require 15 months of braces like bimax surgery, I still would try it.

Anyway I'm still in university so I cannot afford an invasive surgery

if you consider the orthodontic facemask, it has to be worn for 1 year at least, but usually theese orthodontic headgear don't provide an extra-oral force as strong as CopeAndRope's appliance
