Looks like a massive underbite tier chin, I assume you're still swollen? I think you more so needed jaw width as opposed to a taller chin. I don't think it's big enough to be uncanny irl but you need width now to match it.

His chin does look short because he has a ton of body fat, or at least buccal fat. There's a massive difference in how one's chin looks with higher amounts of buccal fat. Just look at Chico's, Gandy's, and any other late bloomer model's chin when they were younger compared to now. Also, the lack of tissue support is mostly due to mandible width.

too hard to tell, you still look very swollen and you carry a lot of fat in your cheeks, even before the surgery, when your body was relatively lean
