If your in education, and there’s girls in your class. Just initiate convo. Like I know it’s super hard and nerve wracking but it’s the only thing you can do it acc progress somewhere with women.

If not, go somewhere sociable, pub, bar, mall, anywhere where you know there will be foids and do the same thing, approach.
You’ll know if you’re ugly or not by the way girls react and how many socials you get. Wrap it up if you don’t get any by the 5th attempt or so.

Don't bother unless she's virgin OR has genuine desire for you. Women pursue the men they actually want, why would you put yourself in a position where you're the one having to prove yourself to her, it should be the other way around. You can't negotiate your way into relationships there's no such thing as "trying" to get a girlfriend. Either a girl comes along or nothing happens for you.

Ask out 10 girls a day in person, cold approach.

Tell them what you like about them from what you noticed about them, try to start a conversation for a little while, then ask them if they want to hang out sometime.

If you successfully did 10 approaches, treat it as a success (even if they all ignored you) and reward yourself with food, or a movie.
