The answer is simple. Women live in the moment and have way more options than you. This effect is more pronounced the better looking you are as a woman on average since you have that many more options. They are also hornier at certain periods of the menstruation cycle and less horny at other periods. Birth control affects your mood and emotions. A woman at any second can feel like wanting to fuck you, and certain things can make it more likely for her to want to fuck you (intoxicated state, just how good looking you are, moment in her cycle, etc etc).
