Im starting to leanmax again and need quick advise
What is my ideal weight?
6'0.5 and 240 pounds
30% body fat so my LBM is 165-168
In order for me to get to 15% i would have to get down to 190 assuming i dont lose muscle
But as we all know... no matter what during weight loss i will lose muscle
so how can i maintain muscle while reaching 190?
am i wrong in my calculations?
Please help me
