my entire program is on my profile, I literally only do 4 compounds and 2 accessories.

Went from below average frame proportions to mogger physique, although you'd already had relatively big skeletal frame to begin due to being 6'2. Nice job bro.

I made 90% of my progress in the past two years, did some bodyweight and dumbbell exercises before that for a while.

The only reason I ask is that certain exercises (such as the Reeves deadlift) are supposed to widen the clavicles themselves but only until mid to late twenties when the bones can't expand anymore. I'm an oldcell framecell so I'd love to believe that I could achieve what you have but if it's partially skeletal expansion then it's not possible for me.

I was already in my mid twenties in the first picture and I'm almost 30 now, still had some skeletal gains.

hence why my program is four compounds, nothing makes me happier than doing the same shit for hours on end.

Thanks for the reply. I'll definitely give your routine that you posted in another thread a try but you must have top 1% muscle building genetics. Most guys could juice their nuts off, get diet and training dialled in and never end up with your results.

my hips aren't even narrow, 87 cm circumference, 33 cm from side to side.

These results are far above average, but this goes to show anyone who thinks it's over that they need to at least lean and gymmax before throwing in the towel. Great progress.

Why do you only train every muscle group once a week with just one exercise instead of splitting it in two sessions per muscle group per week like most people do? What’s the reasoning for that?

62-63 cm - 136~ cm circumference (both taken flexed)

bi was taken with pen while standing against a wall, hence the variance.

it's near impossible. either your shoulders are wider or hips are narrower. measure your hips correctly

it's mostly just autism, I never expected to get these results and only work out because I enjoy doing it, I also have to be careful because working out too much impairs my work to some extent.

some of the few lifts I do overlap a little so it's not technically once a week.

dude by far I think you gave the biggest contribution to this forum just making your routine, if I wasn’t a fag about the gym who needs to do a bunch of exercises to mentally feel validated I would do yours above all else

think like you wear pants. normally pants are tight to wrap around the hip.. so measure in that way, not loosely at all.

81 cm pulled as tight as possible, my ass inserts pretty high and it might've thrown the other measurement off a little.

yeah it might. 81 is quite narrow. the narrowest male models i remember having around 77~82. nice feature.

side to side it's still 32~cm pressed against the bone, which I think is fairly average.

(keep in mind that this is measured with a pen standing against a wall and not super reliable)

all hereditary forms are high-functioning, else they wouldn't be passed on, I have no sensory issues or and zero symptoms of ADHD (which overlaps with almost everyone with autism), most of my problems are gastrointestinal, I get heartburn from random foods at random times.
