I think i have a 18-19 inch bideltoid, 24.5in waist .im around 5'8-5'9 and debating whether i go full gymcel or stay where im at, or loose it all together. Heres a photo of my frame. And i weigh 117 rn. Used to be 126lbs

amazing frame proportionally but still kind of a small frame nonetheless so of course you need to gymcel


shoot for a bidelt of 21-22" and that'll be mogging most people with a shirt on, but as of rn ur physique is decently maxxed for shirtless activities
