Okay this sounds bad but I have low attention span. Can u summarize it?

And can u tell me that if u can build muscle even without carbs as optimally? Idc abt muh ‘slave activities’ it isn’t I legit enjoy training

The Randle Cycle shows that your body chooses between burning fat or carbs for energy, but it can't do both at the same time. When you eat carbs, your body stops burning fat and focuses on carbs instead. This makes it harder to lose fat because the fat you eat is more likely to get stored. By cutting carbs completely, like on a (raw) carnivore diet, your body becomes a fat-burning machine, using fat and ketones for energy instead of sugar.

On a (raw) carnivore diet, you get steady energy without crashes, no insulin spikes, and a metabolism that runs efficiently on fat. Plus, building muscle is absolutely possible, even better in some ways. Meat gives your body all the protein and amino acids it needs for muscle growth, while the fats help boost testosterone and other hormones that support muscle building. You don’t need carbs to bulk up, your muscles will grow lean and strong without the water weight and fluff carbs bring. Keep it simple: eat meat, organs, ideally raw, alot of fats, 65% fat, eggs, ocassional kefir like once every 2 weeks.

Hm, okay so fruits aren’t required at all?

If we are talking about a fat-loss thing but not an overall health thing why would fruits be a bad thing, like suppozedly you wanted to bulk up?

Thx btw I get the random cycle now. Your body cant burn glucose and fat cells at the same time

Fructose is processed by the liver, and over the years it can lead to non alcoholic fatty liver disease, even in people who arent overweight.

Also not just Fructose but any form of sugar has been linked to chronic inflammation, which contributes to many diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and promotes cancer cell growths

fruits also have nothing special like its just vitamin c and even that is not the animal version, you would get alot more bioavailabe vitamin c from raw liver for example.

While fruit doesn’t have as many antinutrients as plants like grains and legumes, some fruits still contain oxalates and such, which can irritate the gut or trigger sensitivities in many people.

also not to mention all the problems like acne, etc. that you create by consuming exogenous carbohydrates.

Yes it helps to "bulk", but not in a lean manner, youll gain alot of fat along with it, even when you just go over 500 calories, actually calories are a measure of heat and its not calories that make people fat but the randle cycle, there was a guy doing an experiment just some weeks ago eating only steak and beef tallow which brought his caloric intake to about 6000 per day, he didnt gain any weight, he actually lost bodyfat and build muscle, its astonishing. but thats just the natural human diet.

What about things like royal jelly and honey? And cant we have fruits time to time? like you dont see people who’re obese bc of fruit, and hunter gatherers, are called hunter Gatherers for a reason yk. They gathered/foraged fruits and shrooms. Again, I’m trying to learn from you, not argue

really is he like that? maybe he hes just fed up with the questions lol

so yes hunter gatherers make get honey and such, but not in the way portraid by the media, its not everyday, actually they go sometimes months without finding any honey, theyll maybe even get vegetables, but that is another thing, they are trying to survive, even tho i think they eat better than most humans on earth, they absoluetely still can make mistakes, because they themselfs may be addicted to carbs so they try to dig up roots or try to find fruits (even harder than finding vegetables) and cook it so they get any carbs from it, still the antinutrients are inside and could cause issue, but its very unlikely since they do the rest 95% perfect.
also idk about royal jelly, i would have to research that.

Is there any point in being perfdct tho? If they’re not perfect why shpuld we be?

Im not saying to eat trash like kale whovh is a FUCKING LEAF, but things that are naturally coming out of trees and the ground like what we’d forage: berries, shrooms, fruits, honey, royal jelly etc.

Obviously since we’re made of meat, and developed via breastmilk OFC MEAT EGGS AND DAIRY mogs all fruits and honey. But I’m being genuine, randle cycle aside. Would a person ever have excess fat from eating fruits?

if the person doesent exserise to burn of the carbs (you will still get the effects of the randle cycle) and the carbohydrates make more than 20% of the diet, then yes.

but let me make it more easy, where are you from (heritage wise) and i can tell you when you can have fruit.

Im from Azerbaijan and im a native here

and so the optimal diet if you train like an athlete: carb sources should be only fruits and honey? If not an athlete then no? Is that what ure saying? Bc Im an athlete

I’ll also be honest, I eat ricecakes often out of necessity. When I earn my own money I’m gonna buy meat instead of use money on that. Its an issue where I cant burden my parents just bc of my own delfish reasons, so I resort to ricecakes

ricecakes, or rice in general but ricecake even more so has arsenic, pretty toxic stuff, i mean if youre an athelete i would say you should eat about 10% carbs, not 0%, youll still be considered a hypercarnivore (like humans are), so you can have some berries.

stick to this and only eat locally grown fruit

Thanks bro! Yea… unfortunately I have to eat them atm but with time my only source of carbs is going to be fruits and honey, royal jelly, NO MORE RICECAKE BS.

Btw, whats rhe issue w eating fruits rhat are not native to where im from? Ive heard that before

The long term goal is to have organ meat and dairy as my main source of food daily, the true optimal human diet for health and aesthetics, carbs are only for training sessions

Non-local fruits often come from regions with completely different environmental conditions. This has two main drawbacks

the sun it grows on does not align with the sun where you live and the soil is different, so your body doesent recognize it, since your ancestors didnt eat those.

bananas can be pretty adictive, but its high in fructose and its starchy, which will cause problems, and alot more gas than any other fruit.

sunlight is great and healthful.

I’d say still good for athletes like me. Though some sources could be better

Do you think it causes collagen damage? Or if anything improves it? Personally I’m avoiding it because i see how khoisan and hadzabe age, pretty poorly even with their diets w no omega 6 from seed oils and sun exposure. They get wrinkled

gluconeogenisis, your body will be filling those from the protein youll be eating.

the thing is, most people use sunscreen nowadays, that will age you under the sun, cause your body naturally tells you when to get out of the sun, by itchy or redder skin, with sunscreen you dont have this, which is btw why people get "skin cancer from the sun".

also i dont believe those people eat a high fat diet, youll have to eat alot of fat to be able to be under the sun without causing collagen breakdown, otherwise it does the opposite and will rejuvenate your skin, thats why people used to worship the sun and it was called a fountain of youth.

will try, how much would you say you eat daily and where do you get boron?
my diet looks like this atm:

breakfast:
250g raw ground meat with 10 egg yolks

Dinner:
100g raw liver
50g bone marrow
entrecote steak
5 eggs

your body actually doesent need alot of boron, its a hoax by the "medical professions" to sell you the idea of eating exogenous carbs, it should be 60% fat 30% protein 10% where you can have fruits if you like and really want the boron tho
