I think I have talked about this before but tbh this deserves its own thread.
The problem with most people who get surgeries is not having enough bonemass right?
Well seems like there will be solution and that solution is 3D-printed "hyperelastic bone".
It actually makes bones grow in to it's shape, so you could get model tier zygos with this.
It hasn't been tested on humans but lab tests with rats seem promising.
