Gaining weight/bodyfat is hard

I'm a food lover, but I like eating moderately

I suffer from insomnia, eating too much disturbs my sleep so I try to not eat too late, and to not eat too much

I also exercice daily (lot of biking, sauna/steam room, planks, squat) to exhaust myself to sleep correctly. So I burn a lot of calories

I feel I should eat differents kind of foods, maybe fried food more often to add some calories, some high-carbs foods

what should I do to gain bodyfat ?

I'm currently at 55 kilos , I need to get to 60

It fucks up my sex hormones, it's harder to sleep well at a low bodyfat

I look better but my body doesn't function well

I'm not young though, I'm not interested that much in women anymore

I focus on health now, I still want to be pretty lean, but not as lean
