Getting Marpe

I’ve gone to my fucking dentist, orthodontic surgeon, and now ENT and nobody knows what a fucking marpe is. My dentist knew what it was but said nah you don’t need that. Idk who tf to go to to get it. I have a fucked up septum with an air pocket and I might get a procedure where they fix my septum and flatten the air pocket but I still want to fucking widen my palate. What do I do.
