Now the funny part, food prices for items are almost exactly the same in both countries, chicken, milk, bread, oats, rice is basically the same price per gram

To effectively build muscles at the gym i would need to spend about 6-7 euros on food daily, that would lead me with like 2 euros to spend on other stuff.
