Going to get almond eye surgery in May with taban, is it risky?

Yeah. I should have enough money to do it by then.

How can I keep my parents from knowing I did it tho? I permasquint all the time so it won’t look too different. Also what’s the difference between canthopexy and Canthoplasty? Which would be better for canthal tilt? Possible to go from slightly negative tilt to slightly positive? I also need lower eyelid retraction and orbital implants and I should be pretty good.

Have you even consulted with him yet? Maybe you should ask him the risks of the surgery.

Has he even agreed that you would be a good candidate yet? You can't just walk into a plastic surgery office and say "1 Almond Eye Surgery please, add it my Visa". The doctor has to actually evaluate you, educate you on the risks, and decide if you would be a good candidate to perform the surgery on.
