Gonna quit alcohol

Drinking has been a good cope for years since it lets me drown out my incel pain for a bit and made me feel good sometimes. However getting blackout drunk all the time is just bad for your health and a big time looksmin so I’m gonna quit and see how long I can last sober.

just made this thread so I can bookmark the date I started to quit alcohol. I want to last a month or two at least without drinking.
