For k I eat lots of broccoli.
For D3 I use bulkpowders 5000IU tablets.

Haven't had blood tested in almost a year, but I feel way better than I used to, (D deficiency) and noticed WAY FASTER gym gains (I had to quit gym for 1 year, and yes, so it might be it aswell) (like if I were on roids + facial width development )

Idk about foods. Tablets are really cheap though, bought 540 for like 20 euros if I recall correctly

i see but i would Always préfer natural foods.
do you know which fruits or vegetables has a lot of d3 like brocolli for k2?

how to know if it's like d3 and not only d like for brocoli it's especially k2 or k and is there a difference?

Broccoli contains K1.
The difference between K1, D2 and K2, D3 are the rates of absorption.

K2 and D3 are better absorbed.

It has 5000ui and 680mcg

Yes it is the same, just absorbed differently. Both are liposoluble, hence you should eat something fatty with the vit source to get the most out of it

You don't want to eat over 500mcg er day of it.

When I was a kid I used to eat raw lemons quite a lot. Stopped when I started having toot aches. I would avoid it tbh

a 1/2 brocolli is a good amount for it ? both k and c or more ?
 
do you eat anything else that is very important and not known ? like zinc or anything ? need to vitamin max to softlookmax
I take Optizinc (6.2mg zinc and other nutrients) every other day, and alternate it with zinc picolinate 50mg.
That's pretty much it.
I've lately started drinking 1litre of milk per day to calcium + igf1 max

For DHT I'm starting to take 5gs creatine soon, which is proven to increase it quite a lot.

Zinc is fundamental for testosterone production.

Skimmed milk is very nutrient dense, and is the perfect food for bodybuilding.

Buy powder/liquid and make your own capsule.
 
I buy them from doppelherz and theyre pretty good but Im sure they arent available in Your country
