Ironically cause of being a Balkan nigger, it was the first time i started bulking (high school senior) and had problems with eating so much food, and after search i found these mysterious things called Oats in the market. Looked online and saw what they were and how people eat them for health benefits and great for bulking and shit. So i started by eating a whole pound of raw oats mixed with milk and bananas (just 1750 calories from the oats alone). Immediately after i started i began going to the toilet 4 times daily om average and my shits were massive. There was nothing painful at all here, poop looked super "healthy" and i was putting on weight and strength. One month after i began this my first symptom of IBD began with blood from my anus, then progressed with pain more and more severe with the comming weeks and shitting 10 times daily with bloody diarrhea.
