Great I didn’t pass one of my placement (internship) interviews cause I’m ugly

This is what happens when you’re a subhuman and the entire interview process and assessments is headed by women. Now I’m waiting for my next rejection from my other interview where I got brutally mogged by white chadlites and the other men (second shortest out of 6 guys at 5’11 btw) and the entire process was headed by foids again. Life on tera difficultly mode in these situations

There were multiple stages I had to pass to get to this point so I know I’m competent. They just do the interview so foids can judge whether or not you are hot. Literally the only people I dealt with in the final interview process were foids and gay guys. So I think they’re just seeing if you look good enough to work there. Brutal

I had to tryhard and be NT at every interview I’ve done meanwhile a white chadlite made one small joke quietly and every girl giggled and talked about it for like 5 hours swear not even exaggerating like I believe lord crisicks stories around women at this point @ReadBooksEveryday @ascension

Same JFL - almost every first phase recruiter interview of mine was with a woman
And then the hiring manager was almost exclusively an old dude

These companies talk the big talk about inclusivity but won't hire a woman developer/coder - they'll throw them into HR, team member benefits and other shit, and then throw a big graph saying '52% of our workforce is women'

I have seen subfive ethnics in finance, probably filling out the inclusivity requirement in more than one way
